Description:
We raise Red Wattle hogs the way they're meant to be raised—on pasture and all-natural. These heritage animals produce meat that's simply outstanding: deep red, well-marbled, and packed with flavor that'll remind you why pork used to taste so good. Tender, juicy, with that perfect balance of sweet and savory notes. Our hogs never see vaccines, antibiotics, or hormones—just good pasture, fresh air, and honest care.
Each half runs about 120lbs of hanging weight. You can expect a 15-16% fat-to-meat ratio. Put down your deposit today and lock in your share.
NOTE - Deposit Only:

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
Where do you raise your livestock?
Ranch HQ is in Dripping Springs, TX where we raise breeding stock. But we lease lease quality pastures within a certain radius giving us more production capabilities.
Do you offer visits to the ranch?
We love visitors! Check the events calendar for upcoming gatherings at the ranch or feel free to pick up your order directly from the ranch.
What do you mean by all-natural?
All of our animals are raised without antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines. If we do need to help an animal for proper stewardship, we will intervene and then remove them from the food production cycle.
Why Field to Table?
We're an outdoor family. We love the ranch and working the land, but we also love to hunt, fish and explore. And when it's all gathered and processed, we love to share it with family and friends. Put it all together and you have ranch, field, and table.
