Our story
We’re the Kinchen family. Flyin’ Arrow brings together our working ranch in Dripping Springs, guided outdoor trips, and the food and goods we share.
Our ranch headquarters is in Dripping Springs in the Texas Hill Country. We raise animals on owned and leased land in Texas and Colorado, with the same family commitment to their care. Guests join us at our Texas headquarters for stays and gatherings. Our guided hunts, fishing, and pack trips take us farther afield.

The name
It comes from a quiver of arrows. The Psalmist in Scripture refers to the children one raises a being arrows. Made and sent with a purpose.
Each one is shaped with care, tested with purpose, and sent forward to do good far beyond the hand that let it go. For our family, it means faith, children, and legacy.

The Flyin' Arrow Way
We believe that if you're going to live a life, it should be a life well-lived. A life filled with meaning and purpose. A life that overflows and shares life with others. A life that ultimately finds complete fulfillment and joy.
This kind of life can only be built on faith in Jesus Christ. The grace bestowed upon us at the Cross of Calvary gives meaning, purpose and joy to the life we find ourselves living.
Out of this faith-built life, we live. We forge deep and meaningful relationships with family, both by our blood and Christ's. We work with grit and grace because we see work as a gift and a blessing. We do things the right way, even if it's the slow way. We stop for moments of fun, meaningful conversations, and meals around the table with family and friends. This is a life well lived because it is built on the one who gives life.
And most of all, we share how beautiful this kind of life is with those who come our way.
