Our ranch is headquartered in Dripping Springs in the Texas Hill Country. We raise animals on owned and leased land in Texas and Colorado, with daily care and close attention to the land.
Red Wattle Pigs
We raise our pigs on pasture and feed them non-GMO feed. They are raised without antibiotics. Pork is processed by USDA processors and offered in half and whole shares through Goods.

Pasture-raised chickens
We raise our chickens on pasture and feed them non-GMO feed. They are raised without antibiotics. We process them at the ranch, then vacuum seal and freeze each bird. Whole chickens are sold from the ranch and at farmers markets.

Can I visit the animals?
Visits are by arrangement. Ask through the Book page and we will set a time that works around the day's work.
Do you sell breeding stock?
Yes, a few head at a time. Tell us what you are looking for and we will tell you plainly what we have.
How do I buy meat?
Pork shares and whole chickens are sold through Goods. Review the live listing and ask us about processing timing before placing a pork deposit.
Are the animals grass fed?
Our cattle are raised on grass and hay. Our pigs and chickens are pasture raised, fed non-GMO feed, and raised without antibiotics.
