The Crooked Cottage sits on our working family ranch in Dripping Springs. We raise livestock, keep horses, and share the place with our own family. Come for pasture views, time on the porch, and a slower evening in the Hill Country.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, knives, and cooking supplies. Bring groceries and cook at your own pace. Wi-Fi and heating and air conditioning help you settle in between time outdoors.
Enjoy the porch and outdoor spaces
Enjoy the park areas out front, walk alongside the pasture fencing, or spend time at the BBQ area. Ask us before lighting a fire or heading onto woodland trails; fire approval and trail access depend on conditions. Gated pastures and the area behind the cottage are off limits.

- Only booked lodging guests may be on the property. Please arrange separate gatherings with us in advance.
- Quiet evenings
- Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. on weekdays and 10 p.m. on weekends. By then, fires must be out and watered down, and guests should be inside the cottage.

- The cottage, porch, and entire property are non-smoking. Keep children off fences and out of the fire pit, and give the animals their space.
